After designing, introducing, developing, and refining the Resilient Project, we are now spreading the word to the global community of emergency managers as we seek to build a team and retool for the next phase.
On 20 April 2023, the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)

learned about the work during our first public presentation:
Razom: Forging the Future in Ukraine

Plugged In: The IAEM-USA Virtual Conference
Concepts and updates will be explored on this page in the upcoming weeks
as we work to expand the team and the work

The Resilient Village Concept

Based on our Resilient Village concept, we present ideas to help sustain a neighborhood, an apartment complex, a small town, or a village when there is a loss of infrastructure to supply electricity, water, heat, sanitation systems, or emergency response capabilities.

Ideas presented are based on 18 years in emergency management--disaster preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery--in America, Tajikistan, and now Ukraine since May 2022. Combine this with 20+ years of rural and permaculture lifestyle prior to this time. The result is this compendium of many off-grid technologies woven together with emergency preparedness and response systems developed in America and around the world.

Bushcraft

Bushcraft is the use and practice of skills, thereby acquiring and developing knowledge and understanding, in order to survive and thrive in a natural environment.

Sanitation

Largely based on global humanitarian standards known as Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), this section also includes proposed revisions laying out the best systems for disposing of sewage--temporary or permanent--for individual homes as well as temporary mass shelters or camps.

Many DIY videos for home applications are also being gathered here.
